Dear Partners, I have a relationship of collaboration with EPC / Lenders are looking for projects that produce energy from renewable sources, PV, solar thermodynamic, and Wind . <br>Project requirements must be these: <br>1) Projects of plants, PV , solar thermodynamic, and wind , power 10MW upwards, <br>2) projects must have all the permissions and building permits approved and paid. <br>3) projects can be public and private. <br>4) projects must have a minimum output of 10MW, <br>5) the project owner must have the land where to build the plant, owned or rented, <br>6) the owner must have a purchase contract of electric power produced by the plant, if it is a public institution purchasing is better (as collateral is the 'energy purchase) <br>If the projects have these characteristics, my EPC / lender can: <br>a) purchase the project, build and operate the plant, <br>b) financing 100% of the project cost, with the only guarantee, the sale of energy produced by the plant. <br>I think I was clear in the info, however, remain at your disposal for further information, greetings |

They purchase: A) projects, PV systems, complete with all the authorizations and permits, paid, ready to be built, power, minimum 10 MW. B) PV plants built and connected, with a 15% IRR, power, minimum 10MW. They purchase, projects and installations worldwide.
